You, as part of our team, will lead Translational Medicine trials for Novartis. Collaborating across our global network. Partnering with world-class physicians and scientists. Championing projects. Building therapeutic area expertise. Revolutionizing trial design. Always curious. Innovative and inspiring. You will play a pivotal role in transitioning discovery research to clinical practice.

More specifically, you will:
* Drive and deliver all aspects of global clinical trial execution from study concept to final reporting across multiple therapeutic areas
* Lead and matrix-manage high performing global study teams, collaborating across the organization
* Support project/program level decision making, with responsibility for program/project level activities for a compound or complex patient population
* Manage scientifically and operationally complex studies
* Mentor junior team members and nurture future talent
* Establish best practices and embrace an open, learning, sharing culture
* Implement novel trial designs
* Unleash the value of data and digital within clinical studies

* A life sciences PhD or PharmD (desirable); or BSc or MSc in life sciences
* 5+ years’ experience with international Pharma / Sponsor clinical trial management and execution
* Strong operational project management experience including excellent planning, prioritization, problem solving and organizational skills; used to managing multiple priorities concurrently
* Demonstrated leadership ability and well-developed interpersonal skills. A proven track record of successfully interacting with and influencing a wide range of people; building strong partnerships
* High change agility, thriving in an open and dynamic environment
* Broad knowledge of drug development
